WHAT WILL YOU DO? As an independent cook in our luxury all-inclusive restaurant, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting refined dishes at a high level. You will work with fresh, high-quality ingredients and ensure that every dish meets our guests’ expectations. You work independently but also as part of a close-knit team where quality and collaboration are top priorities.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN INDEPENDENT COOK:

  • Independently preparing and cooking luxury dishes according to set recipes and quality standards
  • Ensuring the presentation and taste of every dish
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef on menus and new dishes
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
  • Maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring a clean and tidy work environment
  • Assisting with inventory planning and order control

Job requirements

WHO ARE YOU? 

For the position of independent cook, it’s important that you have several years of proven experience in a similar role in a comparable large and luxurious restaurant.

  • Completed culinary training (equivalent to MBO level 3 or similar)
  • At least 2 years of experience as an independent cook, preferably in a luxury or all-inclusive environment
  • Passion for cooking and a keen sense of taste and presentation
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and ability to work hygienically
  • Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment
  • A team player with strong communication skills
