A Sunny Adventure as an Intern
During your internship, you truly become part of the team within an international working environment. You collaborate with colleagues from different departments, countries, and cultures. This creates new perspectives and an open way of working together.
You will have daily contact with international guests. You learn how to adapt to different expectations and communicate professionally and purposefully. At the same time, you receive your own responsibilities and actively contribute to the daily operation. You are not just observing, you are making a real contribution.

Life on Bonaire
Bonaire is located in the Caribbean Sea and has a surface area of 288 km². From the Netherlands, you can fly to the island directly from Schiphol Airport. With a direct flight, you will arrive on Bonaire in approximately 9 hours. Sometimes flights include a stopover on islands such as Aruba or Curaçao.
The resort is located a short distance from the airport and around a 15 minute walk from Kralendijk. In the town center, you will find shops, restaurants, and cafés along the boulevard.
Bonaire has a warm climate with temperatures between 27 and 32 degrees Celsius. After work, you can go snorkeling, work out, relax by the sea, or continue exploring the island.
Life With Colleagues
During your internship, you not only build work experience but also create a social life on the island. You spend a lot of time with colleagues, both during and outside working hours.
Sharing meals, exploring the island together, or heading to the beach after work are moments that create strong connections. Many interns look back on a period in which they not only learned a lot but also created unforgettable memories.
