Our culture
In our organisation we have employees with different nationalities. This brings a lot of dynamic in the culture and sometimes a challenge. Most of the tourists who stay in our resort come from the Netherlands and we have guests from The United States. In our organisation we speak Dutch and in some jobroles you will speak English. We also have employees who speak the native language from Bonaire: Papiamentu. And some of us also speak Spanish. A job at our resort means working in a team that is growing and learning.
