WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Helping your colleagues;
• Checking the daily hours worked in the planning tool;
• Taking care of various HR correspondence;
• Keeping the absenteeism files up to date internally at the SZW unit;
• Prepare for payroll administration;
• You support the HR Manager of the hotel.

Van der Valk Hotel Plaza Beach & Dive Resort is part of the largest catering family business in the Netherlands. This hotel, together with a number of other hotels at home and abroad, falls under the Van der Valk International (VDVI) holding company. Our all-inclusive resort is located in the most beautiful place on Bonaire: right on the sea, where you can snorkel from the beach and admire one of the most beautiful reefs on the island. IN ADDITION, IT IS NICE IF YOU:

• You have at least a relevant completed MBO education;
• You have knowledge of current legislation and regulations;
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch and Paiaments languages;
• You have an affinity with processes and an open mind for improvement;
• You are reliable and sociable;
• Knowledge of AFAS and Nostradamus is an advantage.
