Allround Technical Service Employee

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As an All-round Technical Service, you are responsible for the maintenance and repairs of all technical installations and facilities in our hotel. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, from electrical systems to HVAC, elevators and other technical equipment. You also provide support with renovations and conversions and play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and comfort of our guests.

FURTHER:

• You carry out preventive maintenance on technical systems and equipment;
• You diagnose and resolve malfunctions and defects;
• You manage the technical stock and order required materials;
• You support the planning and implementation of renovation and conversion projects;
• You carry out repairs to electrical, sanitary and mechanical installations;
• You ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

You have knowledge about building and construction work and provide insight into possible improvements in maintenance policy. In addition, you enjoy regular discussions with colleagues about the state of affairs and you dare to intervene when irregularities occur. You are proactive and provide valuable input into this position.

IN ADDITION, IT IS NICE IF:

• You have at least MBO level in a technical field;
• You are independent and can you work in a team;
• You master knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems;
• You deliver quality and create an ultimate guest experience;
• You want to work as an all-round employee for at least one year;
• You are problem-solving and have a hands-on mentality;
