Airconditioning Maintenance Engineer

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As an air conditioning maintenance technician you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the hotel's air conditioning system. You ensure that all rooms and public areas are comfortable and well ventilated, and that the system performs optimally.

FURTHER:

• You carry out regular maintenance on the airconditioning system to ensure optimal performance;
• You diagnose and carry out repairs on air conditioning units;
• You install and order parts for new air conditioning systems;
• You carefully keep maintenance and repair reports;
• You work together with other departments to ensure that guests are not inconvenienced by maintenance work;
• You comply with safety regulations when working with electrical equipment.

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

IN ADDITION, IT IS NICE IF YOU:

• You have demonstrable experience as an airconditioning technician;
• You have at least 2 years of experience in luxury hotels;
• You master knowledge of different types of airconditioning systems and equipment.
• You have certification in air conditioning technology;
• You want to work as an air conditioning technician for at least one year;
• You prefer to be able to work independently and solve problems;
• You have strong communication skills and be team-oriented.
