Bell Captain

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a bell captain you are responsible for coordinating baggage and reception services. You play an essential role in welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.

FURTHER:

• You coordinate everything regarding luggage, including delivering luggage to rooms;
• You welcome guests on arrival, guide them to the reception and provide useful information about the hotel and the surrounding area;
• You assist in organizing transport and arranging taxis or car rental for guests;
• You monitor the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and reception areas;
• You manage the inventory of luggage trolleys and other resources;
• You ensure efficient communication between the reception and the bell captain.

IN ADDITION, IT IS NICE IF YOU:

• You have demonstrable experience in a similar position, preferably in the catering sector;
• You have strong leadership and communication skills;
• You have at least 2 years of experience in luxury hotels;
• You want to work as a Bell Captain for at least one year;
• You have excellent guest orientation and a friendly, professional attitude;
• You have knowledge of local attractions and transport options;
• You are physically fit to lift and move luggage.
