F&B Supervisor

Plaza Beach & Dive Resort, located on the island of Bonaire, is looking for an experienced and driven F&B supervisor to strengthen our dynamic team. Do you want to use your leadership skills to guide a dynamic team of waiters and ensure the highest standards of hospitality? Then this position as F&B supervisor is for you! WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• You manage the F&B team and ensure efficient staff planning;
• You supervise the daily operational activities in the restaurant and/or bar;
• You ensure a high level of hospitality and service quality;
• You are responsible for complying with hygiene and safety standards;
• You work together during events and special occasions;
• You manage inventory levels and place orders when necessary.

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

You are great at coordinating, motivating and coaching colleagues. Hospitality is in your blood and you get energy when guests walk out the door with a good feeling.

IN ADDITION, IT IS NICE IF:

• You have catering experience, preferably in a managerial position;
• You want to work as a F&B supervisor for at least one year;
• You have at least 2 years of experience in luxury hotels.
• You are flexible in working hours and days, because as you know, the catering industry can sometimes be unpredictable;
• You are a real team player, with an eye for detail.
