WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a doorman you are responsible for welcoming guests, providing excellent service and ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival and departure experience for our guests. You play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and providing support to guests during their stay.

FURTHER:

• You give guests a warm welcome upon arrival and guide them to the reception;
• You assist with checking in and out of guests, including carrying luggage;
• You ensure efficient handling of luggage and other belongings of guests;
• You provide information about the hotel, facilities and local attractions to guests;
• You guide guests to their rooms and explain the room facilities;
• You provide assistance to guests with specific requests or needs;
• You coordinate the storage of luggage and ensure a safe environment;
• You assist in calling taxis and arranging transportation for guests;
• You ensure a neat and tidy lobby and entrance.

IN ADDITION, IT IS NICE IF:

• You have experience in the same or a similar position;
• You want to work as a doorman for at least one year;
• You have excellent communication skills and customer focus;
• You have a representative appearance and a positive attitude;
• You are physically able to lift and move luggage;
• You demonstrate your flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
