Do you recognize that feeling when you have just received your room key and you open your hotel room door for the first time? You have seen the rooms in photos and are curious to see what they look like in real life! The freshly made beds, everything in exactly the right place, clean towels and wonderful care products. As a assistent housekeeping manager, you are the person who ensures that guests experience this optimally during their stay.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As an assistant housekeeping manager you play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and hospitable environment for our guests. You support the Housekeeping Manager in coordinating daily tasks and leading the housekeeping team.


FURTHER:

  • You assist in planning and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping team;
  • You supervise the cleaning and maintenance of rooms and public areas;
  • You ensure compliance with cleaning and hygiene standards;
  • Assist in ordering and managing cleaning supplies and inventory;
  • You report any technical problems or repairs to the correct departments.

Job requirements

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

You motivate and enthuse the team. You have an eye for detail and a passion for creating a beautiful environment at the resort.


IN ADDITION, IT IS NICE IF YOU:

  • You have demonstrable experience in a managerial position within housekeeping or a similar position;
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in luxury hotels;
  • You have excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • You want to work as a assistent housekeeping manager for at least one year;
  • You demonstrate your knowledge of cleaning procedures and products;
  • You are a team player with a proactive work ethic.
