WAREHOUSE MANAGER AT A LUXURY BEACHFRONT RESORT

As a Warehouse Manager at our large and luxurious beachfront resort, you will have the opportunity to be an essential part of our team and contribute to an exceptional guest experience. You will play a crucial role in managing our warehouse, which is currently a challenge due to the ongoing renovations and changes at our resort. With your expertise, you will bring order and structure, ensuring that our kitchen, restaurants, and bars can operate smoothly by having the necessary goods available.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

In this role as Warehouse Manager, you won’t just handle daily tasks, but you’ll also have the chance to reorganize the warehouse. You are the one who will bring order to the warehouse and improve related processes. This is a position where you are not only responsible for inventory management but also for working with a passionate F&B team. You will train your colleagues in using the warehouse and coordinate the flow of goods. You’ll teach them how to organize the warehouse and how to correctly restock it (FIFO), all within HACCP guidelines.

Your input is vital, and your organizational skills will have a direct impact on the efficiency of our resort. The dynamic nature of this role in a luxury setting ensures that every day brings new experiences, while you contribute to the development of our organization.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager with at least 3 years of proven experience in stock management within a large hotel that has at least one restaurant. You will work with people from many different nationalities, so it’s essential that you are proficient in Dutch, English, and Spanish.

Additionally, it’s important that you have:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly instruct and guide staff
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solving ability and stress resilience—able to keep a cool head even in the heat
• Effective time management and experience with quality management
